I haven’t ever flown Southwest, but I do know their policy is extremely good. I fly as little as possible… both because of the misery and because I prefer road trips (I love seeing stuff!). Unfortunately, Southwest’s flights have never aligned with our trips. But it’s certainly something I keep in mind! One of these days, maybe it will work out.
